During our conversation, Brady shares the symptoms that sent him to the doctor, how his diagnosis changed his perspective about life, how the Life on Pause Podcast helped produce supports young adults with cancer, how difficult it is for parents of children with cancer, the knock on the door that led him to change the course of his life, the lessons he learned about himself, and the underlying theme of empowerment through his book, Smiley’s Smile.
